Kenny Yeung 杨锦泰

杨锦泰博士 - 知名亚洲太平洋区资深人力资源管理专家。毕业于香港理工大学工商管理系博士及澳洲麦觉理大学研究院工商管理系及人力资源管理系双硕士。英国注册特许人力资源及培训资深会员，世界薪酬管理专家, 及香港董事学会资深会员。现任香港理工大学工商管理及市场管理系学术委员及广州开发区商务顾问。历任香港人力资源管理学会执行干士, 亚洲太平洋区及中国人力资源管理委员会主席。

杨博士现任兴城管理国际有限公司首席执行官及鹰栢人力资源顾问公司合伙人。曾任堡狮龙国际董事局执行董事及多间美国财富五佰公司包括美国国际纸业 (International Paper)、 纽威立百美 (Newell Rubbermaid)、爱默生 (Emerson Network Power)、百通 (Belden)、Addison Wesley国际出版亚洲大平洋区人力资源副总裁/董事职位。具有超过23年的人力资源战略制定、核心团队组建及企业变革经验，成功完成多家全球知名企业收、并购、重组以及经营业绩扭转等重专案。涉足行业、领域包括：空运航运、客户服务、快速消费品、零售及特许经营、出版、供应商开发及采购、造纸、高科技、工程及制造业等。

近期更为配合百通集团在亚太区的业务发展，杨博士作为百通集团在亚太区人力资源副总裁，主持执行多项收购合并及管理发展变革，组建亚太区业务。自2006年到2008年，公司员工从100来名扩充到3500多人，公司收益从原来的6千多万美元增长到4亿6千万美元。

杨博士曾获得多项人力资源管理国际大奖：包括 2008年香港社会责任奖总冠军，2006年香港最受认可公司奖，2006年智识管理奖，2005 年新加坡人力培训及员工裁培奖，于2003年中国沙仕危机处理奖, 及2000年印度最佳人力资源管理奖。

Vic Allen

Vic was born in the UK and grew up in New Zealand. His early career was involved in teaching. He has been involved in the recruitment industry for the last 18 years, 16 of which have been in Asia.

His early recruitment experience was in the industrial sector. Since 1996 however he has been focused on sourcing senior talent in the ICT sector with a special focus on the Consulting & Professional Services industries. Placements have included senior executives up to and including Partners for global Strategy & Multi disciplinary firms.

Mike Green

Since 2003 Mike has been partnering with foreign multinational companies throughout Asia-Pacific to successfully conduct senior-level executive searches. Mike is a cross-functional generalist with experience throughout Greater China and Southeast Asia across multiple industry segments including pharmaceutical and medical, industrial manufacturing, and FMCG.

Prior to joining Impact, Mike worked as a Regional Consultant for TRANSEARCH Asia and Opus Executive Search (partner of Horton International) where he successfully completed search projects in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from The University of California, Santa Barbara. He spent the first 12 years of his career in the United States where he began in Educational Project Management then shifting to Pharmaceutical and Medical Sales and Management where he worked with Roche, Solvey, Dura, and Berlex. Upon moving to Asia in 2002, he was Regional Sales Director for Pure Chem, the largest Manufacturer of Sorbitol and Dextrose in Thailand.
