  Customer Service Manager  
     
     
  Key Responsibilities:  
     
  · Defines and administers the quality and customer service standards. Identifies deviations from quality standards and customer requirements, initiates necessary actions.
· Ensures compliance with ISO requirements.
· Handles customer complaints efficiently.
· Ensures the processing of customer order in a timely manner.
· Reviews inventory level, price variation and coordinates with internal departments to handle and resolve customer complaints.
· Ensures open and transparent communication with customer in respect to complaints & order tracking.
· Collects monthly forecast from customer to plan for production schedule and prepare monthly forecast reports.
· Ensures customer settle Accounts Receivable in a set deadline and credit handling.
· Carries out customer satisfaction surveys. Measures and reviews service/product performance.
· Monitors quality costs together with Finance, Logistics and Engineering.
· Reports to Operations Manager.
 
     
  Requirements:  
     
  · Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· Not less than 4 years in engineering and customer serivce.
· Good communications & negotiation skills, teamwork and result oriented.
· Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
· Good command of both spoken and written English.
· Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet set goals and objectives.
· Strong and tactful customer service skills with brilliant problem-solving abilities.

  Business Coordinating Manager  
     
     
  Key Responsibilities:  
     
  · Coordination of project requests and new product development.
· In charge of achieving sales budget through new product requests.
· Oversee all related functions to assure quality and all requirements for customers on new developments, regular orders, etc.
· Define and plan the different steps of the project and allocate project responsibilities within the overall project framework, hold a structured kick-off meeting and monitor the progress.
· Monitor the development of the product during its life cycle. Maintain products according to customer’s expectations.
· Main contact with customers in communicating product development, quality requirements, order status, goals and technical issues.
· Liaison with in-line functions including Engineering, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality Management and External Suppliers.
· Support Customer Service in handling complaints.
· Host visits from customers, occasional overseas travelling and other related functions.
 
     
  Requirements:  
     
  · At least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Studies, overseas degree is preferable.
· Relevant experience in project coordination with engineering knowledge, product management experience is a plus.
· Willing to learn and contribute to the team.
· Independent and well organized.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.
· Fluent in writing and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese a plus), being able to speak German/Deutsch would be a big plus.

  Procurement Manager / Engineer  
     
     
  Key Responsibilities:  
     
  · Ensures transparency on relevant supply markets (vendors, capabilities, quality rating and financial reliability).
· Monitors and appraises the performance of short-listed suppliers in terms of quality, cost basis, specifications, logistics performance and financial stability. Assists with factory audits and company's social compliance evaluations. Assists with creating and maintaining a database of factories, audits, evaluations, etc... completes with digital photographs and written evaluations and recommendations.
· Defines the supply strategies for key suppliers. Designs and documents improvements to existing product offering. In concert with suppliers, leads on-going value analysis and cost improvement efforts. Oversees ongoing supplier evaluations and assist to improve their processes and methodologies. Make suggestions to suppliers, which help them to be better suppliers to companies, which in turn will result in higher quality product for customers.
· Negotiates supply agreements include price, payment and lead-time and their periodic renewal with suppliers on the basis of the market situation and the past performance of the suppliers.
· Assists suppliers on all interface issues with operational units. Manages suppliers and cross functional teams to pre-define project timeline and deliverables. Monitor the progress of engineering projects to ensure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of projects from design to 1st mass production completed. It includes evaluation of first production samples and ensure that they conform to specifications, assist with packaging design and packaging testing, maintain and track tooling construction status and design control of tools, communicating issues to tooling engineers, check tool construction in process for conformance to specifications and design requirements.
 
     
  Requirements:  
     
  · College or above in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
· 5 years experience in products industry with familiarity with mechanical/electrical designs, plastic/metal tools designs, and various manufacturing processes including sheet metal stamping of relatively complex parts.
· Experience in using CAD and 3D modeling to design proposals & layouts, rapid prototyping and tooling fabrication.
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional development teams.
· Solid experience in monitor the project from design to production, project co-ordination & implementation.
· Good command of both spoken & written Chinese, English is preferable.
· Must be strong sense of responsibility & able to work under pressure.
· Strong logical and analytical minded, self-motivated to walk extra miles to achieve timelines.
 
     
     
     
     
     
     
  Department Assistant  
     
     
  Key Responsibilities:  
     
  · Provide secretarial and administrative support to the senior management team.
· Organise and arrange management documentation.
· Manage the synchronization of daily schedule and review of all matters requiring further action.
· Handle ad-hoc projects as required. Follow up projects as required.
· Handle travel arrangement and customer appointments.
· Handle Office Administration.
· Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences and seminars.
· Work closely with other departments locally and overseas to ensure smooth operations.

  Requirements:  
     
  · Degree holder or above.
· 3 years or above secretarial experiences (prior working experiences as Secretary to Chairman or Managing Director).
· High proficiency in PC operations especially in Microsoft Word (English and Chinese), Excel and PowerPoint.
· Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, with good Mandarin.
