| Responsibilities: | ||
| Negotiates and contractual agreements with venders, those documents will be reviewed in accordance with corporate policy or getting legal support through local nominated lawyer consulting. Performs benchmarks and market analyses to ensure competitive pricing, technology and to identify potential vendors in China region. Investigates and reports on potential new technologies and markets to support long-term business goal on global area Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments. Access/Analyze spend data, review current approved manufacturers list, and determine target pricing based on device technology / volume. Manages to effectively obtain results from suppliers and internal departments. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Working knowledge of contracts and contract law. Knowledge of logistics, customs, and transportation. Performs excellent follow-up and status reporting skills. 10 years of sourcing and supplier development experience with at least 5 years in household product industry. |
