Responsibilities: | ||
Conduct training need analysis and proposal the annual training plan which is aligned with the business direction and strategies. Build the training curriculum and the training roadmap to strengthen associates' core competence. Develop people development mechanism and design people development programs to grow talents so as to cope with the business needs. Design and deliver trainings for associates in different offices in China and assist in the training activities at the regional level. Review and enhance the training process (e.g. training evaluation, training records, logistics), so as to ensure a smooth implementation. Review and enhance the effectiveness of training programs including e learning. Be responsible for setting up T&D management system and making continues improvement. Provide relevant T&D analysis to departments and the sr. management. Be responsible for developing T&D specialists. |

Requirements: | ||
University degree or above. 8 years¡¯ relevant experience in T&D. Professional at training program design and delivery. Approachable, a good listener, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Resourceful and trustworthy. Strong supervisory and teambuilding ability. Good communication skill in both Mandarin and English. Flexible, strong ability to manage change. Cultural diverse and able to work with people from different cultural background. A well-organized individual who can work under pressure with good business sense and judgment. Good at MS-Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. |
