	Responsibilities:

	Ensure that there is always an adequate supply of products for the consumer. Minimise the cash the company has tied up in working capital. Build constructive relationships with our key suppliers.

	Requirements:

	Bachelor degree, at least 10 years purchasing/souring experience in Chemical industry. Decisive and focused—understands what needs to be done and moves quickly to that end. Commercial acumen, with the ability to consistently deliver sound results, plus demonstrates a breadth of understanding across other functions. An ability to motivate, build teams, resolve conflicts, coach others for success, and guide people through change.
