| Responsibilities: | ||
| Implements China sourcing strategies by focusing on China region for the company. Responsible for meeting key performance measurements including on time delivery, quality, inventory, and purchase price variance. Lead Negotiations with Asia OEM manufacturers and establish annual contractual agreements for best landed cost with the least amount of Supply Chain liability. Source worldwide market for sourcing opportunities. Analyze and monitor current global pricing trends. Publishes all supplier performance measurements, and facilitates supplier business review meetings. |

| Requirements: | ||
| At least 10 years Sourcing management experience. Possesses analytical ability to understand price indexes. Technical knowledge of commodity(ies) drivers. Able to understand / interpret specifications and provide Engineering recommendations. Knowledge of and compliance with legal and ethical aspects of procurement and contracting. Self-directed; works effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent written / verbal communication, and organizational skills. |
