| Our client is a multinational logistic company. As a part of solutions team, the Candidate will be involved in the large scale strategic domestic transportation projects, lead and implement solution, correction and adjustment. | ||
| Responsibilities: | ||
| Select, train, and motivate subordinate staff to ensure that resources are available to provide quality services and on-time performance for the client. Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff. Develop and administer a transportation program within clients in accordance with clients' policies, priorities and budget constraints. Establish general policies and procedures for the divisions. Strategic planning, organization development, cost and efficiency control in the team. Manage regional transportation provider relationships including engagement with client plant. Support the selection, development, and management of Core and Strategic transportation providers to meet transportation cost and performance goals. |

| Requirements: | ||
| University graduated major in logistic, road transportation related major preferred. Minimum 8 years of Purchasing and Transportation Management experience in logistic or manufacturing company; mechanical, FMCG, electronics, automotive logistic experience is preferable. Experience of warehousing management system and other logistics system. Strong transportation provider and applicable industry knowledge. Fluent English in both speaking and writing. Able to work under pressure in a busy and tough environment. |
