| Bachelor degree, major in electricity, or automation, or instrument. Experience in electricity/automation/instrument engineering is preferred. 8 years in sourcing and 5 years management. Experiences of applying/developing sourcing tools. Good understanding of contract management, quality management, risk management. Good understanding of total cost concept, supplier evaluation system, supply chain management. |
