| Our client, a multinational corporation, is currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to be based in their Shanghai Office. | ||
| Responsibilities: | ||
| Reports to local director, functionally report to China Deputy HR manager. Act as the In-House HR consultant to local managers to support the plans and activities undertaken to achieve company mission and goals. Develop and implement HR programs to support the business needs of the organization. Train managers and employees on how to use performance management tools, including the competency concept, appraisal system, etc. Manage staff movement activities for assistant manager and below. Develop the organization effectiveness analysis and help the responsible business unit to develop the practical action plan. Execute HR solutions to support organization development. Offer efficient and effective recruitment service to business units for assistant manager and below. Execute training and development activities that as guided by China Training Team. Provide support for the board. Maintain good relationship with related government authorities. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Minimum 6 years of HR experience with which 2 years must be at supervisory level. Bachelor degree and above, in Human Resource Management or relevant major or MBA. Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Familiar in management operations and overall HR concepts and practices, e.g. job evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc. Strong drive to achieve, mature, confident and honest, coupled with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management and implementation skills. Good understanding of business and company culture. Good grasp of individual and managerial competences subscribed by the company . Analytical and effective facilitation skills. . |
