| Responsibilities: | ||
| Manages sourcing projects for export to the US and UK. Be responsible for providing the strategy, prioritization. Schedule for each project, in addition to the leadership and organization necessary for successful implementation. Works closely with other departments and US counterparts to ensure project completion. Be responsible for meeting budgeted project schedule and monthly shipments. Maintaining communication with the US engineers and managers through weekly conference calls and progress reports. Train and develop sourcing engineers to work effectively with vendors, use NPI process to manage the projects, improve negotiation skills, and improve communication with the US office personnel. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Bachelor's degree in electronic, mechanical,engineering or equivalent. 8 years experience, and 5 years in purchasing/sourcing management. Solid purchasing experience in dealing with local suppliers in Asia. Strong negotiating skills required. Very good Project Management and people management skills. Must be resourceful and tenacious in developing and implementing ideas for improvement. Overnight travel up to 35 percent of time required. Must be fluent in English and Chinese languages. Could travel freely in asia pacific region including Taiwan. |
