| Responsibilities: | ||
| Coach and grow up sourcing team, set up standard sourcing system and procedure according to Headquarter's and the company's policy and Chinese market. Look for new suppliers and maintain existing suppliers including overseas and domestics. Manage suppliers, negotiate in pricing, contract, business terms, commercial and technical (basic) etc. Main sourcing goods include raw materials, and subsidiaries. Coordinate with quality department and technical department to support supply quality control. Assure the delivery time, cost, and quality of sourced materials/finished good. Continuous cost monitoring, control, and saving. Implement Cost data base for products. Look for, evaluate and deal with third-party manufacturing companies to provide finished goods when demanding. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Bachelor degree of engineering or science, better major in polymer or chemicals or relevant, but not a must. Around 8 years experience in sourcing function, at least 5 years experience in MNC. Knowledge of a wide pool of suppliers for plastics raw materials/package materials, is desirable, but not a must. Experience in deal with domestic and overseas suppliers. Good command of oral and written English. Good communication skills and negotiation skills. |
