Ensure smooth operations and delivery of high quality service to tenants, owners and customers. Work closely with corporate General Manager to ensure full support in pre-management at rapidly development stage. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Diploma holder or above in property management or related disciplines. 15+ years working experience in property management field, At least 5 years in managerial position. Proven experience in the property management sector for large commercial buildings is a must. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and proficient in written and spoken Chinese. Have working experience in Mainland China is preferable. |
