  Responsibilities:  
     
     
  Establishing marketing and sales strategy for short and long term.
Participate in key decision-making process as a member of top management team. Deploy and manage the marking and sales plan.
In line with approved action plan and budget.
Organize the products pricing work with all related departments and individuals, and be in charge of setup of sales management system, technical support and customer service standard.
Remain and develop friendly and efficient communication and relationships with trade associations, customers, and other affiliated companies.
Fully responsible for building sales team, achieving sales goals, expanding market share, and controlling selling expenses.
 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
  Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical or related.
10 or more years' relevant sales experience and at least 5 years sales management experience.
Well versed in developing distributors, building sales channel and building direct sale force.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent oral and written English skills. Be able to travel frequently.
Solid sales experience in pump, water equipment or home appliance industries is preferable.
