| Report to: General Manager / EHS Director; Provide leadership for regulatory compliance and identifying, quantifying and minimizing risk; Provide leadership & integration for plant & business wide plans & programs; Provide leadership and support to gain commitment and involvement of all plant personnel to EHS programs and measurements; Must monitor Company and governmental requirements pertaining to EHS legislation & determine their applicability to the operation, etc. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Excellent English communication skill in both written and spoken; Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Mature, open and confident personality; University degree in EHS, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Related major; Knowledge in engineering plastics compounding process preferred; At least 5 years experience in the EHS management of a medium large scaled industrial operation.. |
