| Responsibilities: | ||
| Ensure that the processes needed for the Quality System (ISO/9001/14001) are established, implemented and maintained to attain the quality objective. Ensure that Customers and company's International's requirements are addressed and satisfied. Be responsible for the performance of production quality, e.g. PPM, Cost of Quality, Customer satisfaction results and quality problem solving and complaints. Internal & External audits results, corrective actions status. Manage quality related issues in the material areas, process and equipments etc. Drive continuous improvement for the quality related issues by evaluating and developing the improved techniques for the QC and reliability of products and providing the quality support. Six Sigma Black Belt experience or Problem Solving/Kaizen facilitator experience is preferred. Develop the quality team and communicate internationally. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Bachelor degree in mechanical, electronic and automation and related discipline. 6 years experience in quality control plus 5 managerial experience is required in the similar industry. Fluent in spoken and written English. Good interpersonal skill, team spirit and leadership. |
