| Responsibilities: | ||
| This position will develop and execute strategies centered on driving sales to new business growth of Chemicals in the Greater China Market include Electronics (Chip and Board, Thermal Interface, Assembly and Device, and Automotive Electronics) & other applicable industries. Managing and implementing the New Product introduction process in the region or industry segment. Developing / Adapting new product roll-out packets to the regional needs. Regional or Industry market share and competitive assessment. Maintaining customer interface necessary to define market / industry / application trends and drivers which might lead to new product / program opportunities. Facilitating Regional industry shows, exhibits and conferences. Provide strategic direction to the technology organization for market segment. Create long term marketing plan and strategies. Overall drives setting target markets for commercial team, driving new product tollgates, driving necessary supporting tools, translating global best practices, and visiting customers to ensure strategic direction is correct and being properly executed. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Marketing experience with strong organization and process skills. 6+ years of experience in Electronics and/or Electronics materials industry. 6+ years Sales experience preferred. Commercial Experience in Chemicals AND Electronics preferred. Energized, passionate change agent with strong influence skills. Experience interacting and coordinating multiple functions. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Bachelor degree in engineering or science. |
