| Responsibilities: | ||
| Be responsible to lead and organize the entire operations function including production, warehousing, purchasing, engineering, planning to meet company quality/quantity/cost requirement; Manage factory expansion projects; Manage HSE and ISO system. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Bachelor degree in Chemical engineering, industrial engineering or production engineering. Management certification or advanced degree in management is preferred. More than 10 years of working experience out of which at least three years in management in higher or equivalent capacity, preferably in chemical related industry. Possess strong initiatives in making continuous improvement. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Persuasive, convincing, and affirmative. Excellent understanding of modern operation management practices. Fluent in English in both writing and speaking. |
