| Responsibilities: | ||
| Responsible for the day to day and strategic purchasing function as well as the development and execution of Logistics and their concepts to support Guangzhou plant. This function need to have a strong focus on the competitive, strategic purchasing, lean manufacturing, inventory reduction, continous improvement and total cost reduction. This position will also provide leadership to the production planning, logistics and procurement functions. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Percentage years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, Warehousing and Distribution or equivalent; Be organised to be able to cope with multiple tasks and priorities in a fast moving automotive environment and with a high commitment to quality (to TS 16949). Have an understanding of QI; Automotive business; Product knowledge; In the position to cope and understand different mentalities / cultures; Possess well developed and strong negotiation skills; Strategy; People Management; Excellent communicator, both written and verbal; Computer literate. |
