| Responsibilities: | ||
| Reporting to the GM, the Operation Manager oversees the manufacturing operation in the company's PRC factory. As a member of the Operations Excellence Team, this position is responsible for the enhancement and development of the operation management systems, including: Formulation and execution of appropriate manufacturing strategies to meet the Group's business targets and development goals; Leading and driving the factory operation, including Production, Planning and Engineering, with respect to the attainment of specific targets in output, productivity, cost, quality, delivery and customer satisfaction; Managing a team of purchasing, logistics and planning staff in supply chain management gearing for the support to the success of meeting the company's delivery and inventory budgets; Driving continuous improvements and implementing appropriate best practices of manufacturing to achieve goals set at business plan; Taking timely and appropriate actions to improve quality, efficiency and productivity; Inspiring a common vision and enhancing teamwork within the factory operation and with other functions of the Group. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Degree holder in Engineering; At least 10 years' solid experience in production, supply chain and logistics management in manufacturing industries; SCM experience with sizeable MNCs in the PRC is highly desirable; Resourceful, energetic and competent to accomplish targets under pressure and competitive environment; System focus and familiar with common manufacturing system and planning tools; Mature individual with strong management skills in communication, negotiation and leadership; Proficient in spoken/written English, & Mandarin. |
