| Responsibilities: | ||
| Create a continious improvement culture in all levels to ensure safety, quality and productivity; Cascading targets and strategy goals and objectives to all centers and departments; Set up and tracking of plant AOP and control of goal achievement; Coordination of the individual centres and segments to achieve optimal business results; Identify cost reductions potentials and check monthly achievement; Put up the business organisation plans and relevant job descriptions incl. showing who the representatives are and the responsibilities arising from the employer duties; Ensure that for all employees all HR development requirements and activities are in place and gaps closed, job descriptions and qualification profile; Strategic HR development inclusive talent review, succession planning and MAP; Management of local customer relationships and requirements. |
