  Responsibilities:  
     
     
  Recruitment 每 Strong ability to recruits leader & agent.
Training & supervision 每 Ability to deliver compliance & agency training to the agent & leader. Strong leadership to coach them.
Management skills 每 Ability to work with people from many cultures. Able to build relationship with key customers.
Critical Thinking and problem solving 每 Be open to change and can think independently. Know when to solve problems independently and when to involve immediate leader. Solve problems utilising established procedures and guidelines, identifying alternative solutions, and making decisions within authority.
Personal effectiveness 每 Take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion. Set priorities in order to attain the desired result. Self-motivated and outcome-oriented.
Excellent Communicator 每 Organise and present own perspective in a logical manner, expressing ideas clearly and concisely to other individuals. Adapt communication content based on audience, listen actively, and guide informal discussions to meet desired objective.

  Requirements:  
     
     
  University Degree or equivalent.
Age Below 45.
At least 3 years* experience in managing sales team.
Successful experience in selling processes & recruitment of sales people.
Good reputation & agency networking in GZ.
Strong recruiting ability.
Good reputation & networking in GZ.
Strong leadership in supervising and directing the agency leader & staff.
Interpersonal skills.
Training & coaching skills for agents & leaders.
Strong communications 求 written / spoken 求 particularly to agency people.
Strong analytical skill.
Organized & detail minded.
Ability to set business plans and analyze profit drivers.
Ability to assess business priorities.
Fluent English 求 written / spoken.
