Responsibilities:                 Oversees product and process quality in all factories, and contract manufacturers, to ensure that yields meet or exceed annual quality goals; Create and maintain integrated quality systems and reporting structure for all factories and suppliers to meet or exceed annual quality goals; Responsible for a team of 8 QC direct reports in South China.
	Requirements:

	University degree graduate major in engineering or quality or science; Have at least 5 year experiences in related position is a must; Familiar with systematic improvement tools, such as FMEA, SPC; Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and Lean Manufactruring experience is preferred; Fluent and excellent command of both writing & spoken English.
