Responsibilities: | ||
Report to: General Manager - Capacity Expansion, Greater China; Lead the Project team during a period of expansion; Develop Local Project Management programs and processes that result in dramatically improved quality and efficiency in Project delivery; Make the customer acknowledged industry leader in Project management and delivery; Develop customer relationships that make the supplier of choice; Create & drive a project management culture within the site, across all functions. |

Requirements: | ||
Bachelor degree, preferably in a technical field; Min. 10 years working experience in plastics or chemical plant; Experienced in managing middle to large-scale construction projects, especially in chemical plant; Familiar with local construction laws and regulations; Demonstrated strong ability to drive and manage change across organizations; Demonstrated strong ability to innovate; Able to manage cross-functional team, even global talents; Very good communication skill in both Chinese and English; Good computer skill, especially Project management software, e.g. Project 2000. |
