Responsibilities:                 Work to continuously improve product costs by driving operational excellence; Develop work method optimization and work-cell technology; Perform workflow analysis and layout optimization with vendors; Work with vendors to continuously improve product value; Must be successful at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
	Requirements:

	BSME, BSIE, BSMET, or BSIET or equivalent work experience; Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in an assembly environment, Experience should include automation, fixturing, and establishing work methods and standards; Proven project management skills demonstrating the ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects in a dynamic environment while achieving schedules and deadlines; Proficiency in oral and written English.
