Sales Manager - South China Energy Global Top 50 US Company Shanghai

  The company is a global top 50 US company.  
     
     
  Responsibilities:  
     
     
  Develop market entry strategies and able to execute in meeting sales and orders commitment;
Identify new opportunities and close sales in China for Large Power rentals;
Engagement with OTR Team to ensure flawless execution of projects;
Work closely with the ESS and leverage other business for rentals opportunities;
Deliver on all orders and sales commitments in territory;
Weekly review of sales activities;
Ensure sales team is on track to make orders, sales and receivables operating plans;
Work closely with sales team to provide sales projections to HQ on a monthly basis;
Resolve performance issues in a positive manner;
Communication channels with team and management;
Promote boundaryless, Six Sigma mindset, as well as teamwork/alignment between sales and operations;
Work effectively with the various channels;
Personal involvement in closing large projects;
Line-up resources to facilitate customer interaction time and sales productivity;
Promote a customer-centric mindset.
 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing;
Minimum 5+ years sales experience, strong knowledge of the electrical power industry, including rental power knowledge;
Strong technical and commercial background;
Outstanding leadership skills;
Proactive work style, creativity and energy;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization;
Highly motivated and energized;
Proficiency in use of sales software and empowerment tools;
Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken);
Willing to travel on short notice.
