| Requirements: | ||
| Experience in high-speed universal motor manufacturing; Familiar with high-speed armature and stator winding operations armature balancing and testing of motors; Good working knowledge of quality control systems from raw material receipt through the entire manufacturing process; Be capable of trouble shooting equipment process and component problems; A working knowledge of thermoset and injection molded plastic parts is highly desirable; Knowledge of metal stampings is also desirable; College degree in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; A minimum of 10 years motor manufacturing experience; English speaking ability is absolutely necessary; Familiar with ISO-type certification requirements and procedures. |
