| Responsibilities: | ||
| Lead and co-ordinate sales team in China; Develop, expand and manage relationship with OEM and key decision makers; Grow existing control business with particular focus on hydro and excitation market; Develop and execute growth strategy; Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and metrics; Ultimately responsible for the in-country control sales plan; Co-ordinate approach to market with other ES P&L's. |

| Requirements: | ||
| BS Engineering Degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience; Strong commercial background; 5+ years experience in rotating machinery and plant control application; Previous sales leadership experience; Strong leadership qualities; Demonstrated communication and organizational skills; Excellent team player; Ability to travel; Fluent in English and madarin. |
