  The company is a global top 50 US company.  
     
     
  Responsibilities:  
     
     
  Lead the commercial team and distribution sales team to deliver the sales commitment assigned for Greater China, including PRC, HK, and TW.
Build Greater China Sales Strategy, including direct sales and distribution strategy and get staff committed.
Ensure sales numbers are forecasted every month, on timely basis.
Ensure compliance with Pricing Process, and focus on Price Level with positive margins to the company.
Fair and Equitable Management of your employees.
Ensure Job Description is in place.
Employee Counseling, where required, is done effectively and documented.
Promote better teamwork, and a sense of belonging/loyalty.
Encourage open and constructive communications.
Giving employee challenges and stretch so that they can expand their potential.
Work closely with other functions such as Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
Get Human Resources support and review of personnel issues, recruitment and attrition. On time recruitment of open positions in Greater China.
 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
  Bachelor's degree or above.
Strong leadership and excellent communication skill.
Excellent sales track record in previous experience.
Attention to details.
